EMPLOYMENT
The Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs is recruiting for the State Veterans Home Program Director position.
Please follow this link State Veterans Home Program Director
The Home is managed by the Director of the Veterans Home Program, an employee of the State of Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Administrator, employed by Health Management Resources of Maryland (HMR). The majority of the staff at the Home are employees of HMR, and NOT employees of the State of Maryland.
HMR normally has positions available for nursing, dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and a number of other positions which are recruited through the HMR Human Resources Office. Vacancies for State positions are rare and applications are not taken unless a vacancy has been published on the Maryland State Jobs site.
It is the policy of both the State of Maryland and Health Management Resources to recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job titles, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability, and to base decisions on employment so as to further the principle of equal employment opportunity.
If you are interested in employment with HMR, please pick up an application and/or
