Charlotte Hall Veterans Home was honored to be invited to Governor Moore’s State of the State Address, where the progress happening in our home was recognized at the state level. We are proud to share that Charlotte Hall Veterans Home has improved from a 1-star rating to a 4-star rating — a meaningful milestone made possible by the dedication of our staff, the support of our community, and our shared commitment to the veterans and spouses we serve.

This achievement reflects what can happen when people come together with a common purpose: providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for those who served our country. We thank Governor Wes Moore, Moore-Miller Administration, DVMF leadership, and our community partners for their continued support and recognition of our mission.

While we celebrate this progress together, our work continues. We are striving for a 5-star rating and will not stop working to reach that goal for our residents. Thank you to our staff, families, and community for being part of this journey with us.
