Our residents received a wonderful holiday performance from Southern Maryland Boot Scooters this month! This group also donated snack baskets, toiletries, dolls, slippers, clothing, and body wash for our residents.

The Southern Maryland Boot Scooters is an energetic group of friends who love to dance and have fun! They dance to all types of music -- not just country -- and perform at a variety of venues, including county fairs, car shows, health fairs, nursing homes, company parties, and charity events. They also teach line dancing at their regularly scheduled beginner line dance lessons, as well as at many of their performances. In 2025 they celebrated their 30th anniversary!

Our residents truly enjoy attending these performances, especially during the holiday season.
