Donations

Donations play an integral role in ensuring that our residents enjoy the comforts of home.
They also help to provide special activities held both on and off-site for our Veterans.

Donations are only accepted Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Only monetary donations will be accepted after hours and on weekends.

Please note that we no longer accept the following:

USED walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, bathroom chairs, scooters (used medical
equipment cannot be accepted due to infection disease control regulations)
Books and Magazines (old & new condition)
Soiled clothing - all clothing must be clean and in "like-new" condition
Hotel/Travel size toiletries
VHS tapes, used TV's or electronic equipment (computers, radios, etc.)

To contribute a monetary donation, please make checks payable to:
Charlotte Hall Veterans Home

Please print and include a completed "Donation Form" with your check.  It is also
necessary that you indicate on your check how you would like your donation to be used.
For example, Bingo, Veterans Assistance Fund, Activities, Special Events, etc.
