"Thought I'd take a moment to commend Greg and the entire staff of folks that looked after us vets, especially during the recent "snow event" we experienced at CHVH.  From the nurses, aids, doctors, cooks, housekeeping staff, receptionist, administrators, maintenance personnel, indeed to everyone that pitched in to make our stay as comfortable and as secure as we could possibly have been.  No mean feat given the fact of three feet of snow and winds in the 30 to 40 mph range.  All fared well thanks to the competence, professionalism and concern from a great group of dedicated, professional and caring folks."
Willie Lowry, Charlotte Hall Resident

"It would be impossible to acknowledge by name all of the wonderful staff that cared for or simply shared precious moments with our "Poppy" these past 6 years. The family is eternally grateful for the quality care that you gave him and hope these few words convey our deep appreciation and thankfulness for all that you have done."

"We are so glad we decided to choose Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. The Administrative Support is superb. The entire facility is wonderfully maintained and clean. We truly appreciate your compassionate approach in supporting both Dad and us. We cannot say enough good things about the staff members who provided Dad's daily care."
The Little Family

"My dad was cared for in Charlotte Hall Veterans Home between the end of July 2013 until his passing on November 10th.  Over and over again my sister and I were impressed with the care and dedication of various staff members at Charlotte Hall.  Even very young aides had the sense that the men and women they cared for were owed a debt of gratitude for their service to our country and it was their honor to care for them.  Staff were tender and patient with our dad, efficient and thorough.  They even cared for my sister and me in asking us if there was anything they could do for us when we were there which in the last month of Dad's life was frequently.  We're very grateful to the staff on 3C and 2B for caring for Dad. What was painfully difficult to begin with was eased by their work and attitudes.  We knew Dad was well cared for.  Thank you."
