November is the month of Thanksgiving. Charlotte Hall Veterans Home is Thankful for our supporters, volunteers, staff, and community. We are especially thankful to all our Heroes at the home. Their sacrifices have given us freedom in the land of the free; for that, we are forever grateful. The month of September is the beginning of the changing of the seasons. We have lots of fun activities planned for the residents. You will see in this edition that some of our residents enjoyed some fishing. They had great fishing days with some great catches. We also recognized some of our devoted staff and their years of service. Charlotte Hall Veterans Home is blessed to have so many hard-working individuals to help take care of the residents.

April is blooming with great things at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. April is Occupational Therapist Month and Stress Awareness Month. This month we recognize our MDS Dept. MDS is a crucial part of our home, and we appreciate their hard work.

Spring is in the air! In this month's issue, we welcome our new Director of Nursing, Wanda Richardson-Waddy. Our Veteran Spotlight with Lieutenant Colonel Philip Forbes. We would also like to introduce you to our Business Office Staff, this staff helps residents and families with their finances.
February 2022
February brings lots of exciting news. Our Volunteers are back and our gift shop is open. We are Celebrating employees with 10-15 years of service and wanted to share information on our admissions department. We hope you enjoy it!

The first issue of the year sends a message of gratitude to all who supported the 2021 Holiday Shoppe, our IT Department gets a shout-out. We celebrate staff members that have served 15-21 years, and highlight a US Air Force veteran.
